Congratulations to the First Prize Winners at the National Level Project Presentation at AGM, Varur
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Angadi Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), Belagavi, proudly congratulates Sagar Rathod, Deepthi Chougale, Aditya Kulkarni and Mallu Arutagi for securing the First Prize at the National Level Project Presentation held at AGM, Varur, Hubli
Their award-winning project, titled “Solar-Biomass Hybrid Dryer for Rural Communities” impressed the jury with its innovation, practical application, and sustainable approach. Competing against top teams from premier institutions, Sagar R, Mallu, Aditya and Deepthi C stood out for their creativity, technical knowledge, and impactful solution to real-world challenges.
This outstanding work was carried out under the guidance of Prof. Kantesh D C, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, whose mentorship and support played a key role in shaping the success of the project.
Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering also extend sincere gratitude to the esteemed management of AITM, Dr. Spoorti R Patil, Director of SAEF, Shri Raju Joshi, Administrator, SAEF, Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal and Director, AITM for their constant support, encouragement, and commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in technical education.

Students Participation in Association of Indian Universities (AIU) South Zone

Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi had an opportunity to be a part of the prestigious Association of Indian Universities (AIU) South Zone Vice Chancellor’s Meet held at VTU Belagavi on 26th and 27th October 2023.

The Vice Chancellor’s Meet is an esteemed gathering that brings together Vice Chancellors, Principal’s, academic leaders, researchers, and innovators from the South Zone to discuss pressing issues in technical education, share knowledge, and collaborate on future projects. It was attended by educators, professionals, and experts in various fields.

Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal & Director, AITM, Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil, TPO, Belagavi, Dr. Kiran Potadar, Dr. B.T. Suresh Babu and Prof. M. V. Kanthi, Prof. Ashfaq P, Prof. Sangamesh and other staff from the institute were part of the event.

The event also showcased project exhibition which featured a wide array of innovative projects and research work by students from various educational institutions in the South Zone.

Students from Angadi Institute of Technology and Management- AITM presented their innovative ideas on Energy Conservation with a working model under the guidance of Prof. Kantesh D C, HOD, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering by students Mr. Shreyas.
